Looks like I'm headed to the Pacific side of Mexico, will do some spearfishing.... anyone had problems bringing a gun into here (Mazatlan actually)? I know pneumatics are a no-no, but what about my T-20?
Cheers, Erik

No problem with the gun.
You will need a sport fishing license. I think you can get one for a week or for just few days. I don't know in Mazatlan but in some places getting a licence could be a litlle hard, but Mazatlan has a lot of sport fishing boats so it shouldn't be a problem. For spearfishing the rule is no pneumatics, freediving only, the fishbag limit is 5 fish/day/person. I wish you nice dives down there Carlos
