I go out with a few buds, its not only the gas, and stuff...your also put$$ting in for the places the cappy takes you to...seldom has been the time I've not had the opportunity to fill a cooler of fish, that aside these guys usually run charters and they charge way more than that. $35-$50 (depends on gas$$$ and amt of people going, never more than 5 spearos, usually 4 ) is what they charge anyone that I bring on board...thats a DB discount btw.
$25 let me know when your headed out thats a great rate, even if we don't shoot any fish, which is unlikely I'm sure...good luck with your new gear, and coincidentally the water as of late has been perfect- a 1.5 wouldn't hurt though |

Yeah I know you have the 3mm from Diveskin but I didn't want to get a wetsuit that was thick and expensive, becouse when summer comes I wont be able to use it. I typically get cold quick so 1.5 will hopefully be good for me later on. Also I get this red spots after I dive, man IDK wtf they are but they itch my dad says they are because the water is poluted I really dont know but I hope my new wetsuit will eliminate that problem.
Yeah man no problem as long as we have a game plan before we leave like where we plan to go fishing and I review my gps for possible places. I just don't like going out there and then not knowing where to head out to. Man to be honest I have not had that opportunity either. Every time I see people with nice hogs & groupers, I think to my self wish I can see one of those around here but you know how miami is kinda all fished out. But hopefully when I go to the keys things will be different. Last edited by armandozx; February 5th, 2008 at 22:41. |

Damn! costly wow nice I bet your spots are up north. Ahaha when I mean up north I just mean anything above Black Point Marina that's usually where I depart from even though I prefer Homestead.
As far as the red spots no I don't. I had them on my thigh once and then another time on my lower abs to the side. talk about worse than mosquito bites they appeared to be like ring worms but I haven't wrestled in a couple of years so it's def something that my skin does not like. I have also notice recently allot of jellyfish due to warmer waters I hate this! I know what you mean about exploring but I get impatient sometimes and I wanna be on the money my first dive I wanna see action not grunts and parrot fish. |
