Going Fishing on Sat!

Going fishing On SAT, haven't been out since pro Nov 2007, due to boat problems.

Plan to head out of Ceaser Creek and work my way ^ maybe to fowey rocks.

Any 1 recommends any places ? doubt some 1 would say something about their spots

Will Post Review after I come back.. including catch and personal review of new equipment and gun mods.

Here is how it all went down, 10:30 get out of my class from MDC and hurry to the house to get ready call my friend and see where they are by. He lives in 27th and Palmeto, some what far from where I live but not really.

He get's to my house and asks me for a GATO or lift because something happened to 1 of his back wheels on his trailer. Blah my father takes a look at it and he tells him that his bearings all blown! so w.e we are like f*ck now this ok fine I take him to B&F and we get the bearings and the cajas de bolas IDK what they are called. Bearings & Seals.

Fixed the trailer head out, on the way over some old lady is driving like @ 30 MPH oh man here it is another obstacle. W.e she turns we keep going on 87th ST to black point get there dock I guess it hasn't been a while and I get hit with the trailer thing on the leg.

We head out,on the canal we SEE A BOAT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROCKS IDK WTF happened BUT WHO EVER was there GOT MESSED UP! Yeah You guys heard me the boat was aground! lying on a pile of rocks.

My dad is driving and boom he veers off the channel so I tab down my trim tabs and gunned it. My boat planes but the engines is to high so the prop is revving more and I try to bring my plate down and It doesn't go down. MAJOR F*ck fine So i trimmed the motor because I have an electric problem on my switches.

My friend heads out and his engine goes down to 2600 RPM and Stays there electrical engine problem as well 1hr working on it we decide to head back because it's worthless going out with problems he heads to the canal and his engine picks ^ and we go the opposite way towards Elliot.

On the Way to Sands Cut, I gunned it, and out of now where my boat just revs with out moving I thought I lost my SS PROP. Conclusion the rubber thing inside the prop stripped or w.e and it doesn't catch. HEad BACK To DOCK!

In the DOCK! SOME RAMDOM GUY ! FALLS OF THE BOAT TRYING TO DOCK !

WTF DID SOME 1 WISH ME BAD LUCK ?

Additionally, I tested my Beuchat Mask and wetsuit, the Wetsuit is nice ! 1.5 is perfect for SF water right now. Mask is also good I love the volume on it but I got the feeling that it fogged a little but then again It wasn't properlly sealing due to my wetsuit hood. So I when I got back to the boat I fixed and made sure It was on my face not on top of the wetsuit and dove again. AWSOME ! EXCELLENT MASK ! no fogging nice clear view I wanna use it more to see how it feels.

I agree!!!

My experience is when things aren't clicking...its a sign from something greater than what we know...just let it go.

On another note I'm glad everything turned out ok- cause it could have always been waaaaaayyyyyyy worse (I won't go there)...glad to hear the mask and wetsuit worked out well, hope your next report is about a cooler'ful'o'fish....seemks this week is gonna be a bit too windy, Fri-Sat seems to look ok, if so fish beware!
