Competition has now been running for almost 1.5 hours and seems to be going ok. Very hard to say anything about results, as it's just far enough from dry land to have a good view, but a lot of smiling people are coming out of the water. We've now reached the 50-55 group.

Haven't been following the others much, but Susanna Saari just came up smiling from a 55m dive with a white card, which makes for a new national record.

If I'm not mistaken, the wind keeps getting stronger...

I usually start of with some Ryab youghurt and some goatcheese on the first day, to sort of, introduce the new bacteria culture. And the follow the nazi apporach from there:Freediving and health

83m? are you sure we are talking about the same ashod..Im talking about the egyptian freediver, his PB was 70m last month, he's playing it a bit safer due to the wind factor..
