Well, doping tests are being done by professional laboratories doing tests at other high level sport events, so they certainly know their job well. I would like to know if you have any specific reasons for doubting their skills, or for doubting that Stig did really do the record honestly. It is certainly good to verify it, but that's the job of the anti-doping commission and of AIDA. From a community member who never contributes, and whose only other post was removed because it was found provocative, it is rather surprising to come out with such doubts, without explaining any reasons.

You may rethink your posts to the forum. If you have nothing else to offer than hatred and slander, then it may be better to keep silent. That told, I do not want to tell that doping test should not be done. I am just telling that you may not be in the best place to voice such critics and doubts.

I have every confidence that Stig would never try anything like that.

For the record, EPO cannot be detected by current tests unless random testing is done during training. Otherwise the athlete just stops using EPO a week before and still gets benefit. Testing for EPO on the day of the record says nothing about whether or not the athlete was using EPO in the days earlier, which is when it counts.
