| Re: Nose Clip's Is there really a big quality difference with these? I bought a spedo nose clip for 4 dollars at a sports store, worked good, hands free equalization. If you ask me, nose clips are nose clips.

| Re: Nose Clip's The big difference between the speedo and the real deal is the possibility to really lock your nose into the clip. So if you need to equalize harder you don't blow of the clip as what you would do with a normal swimming clip. The German clips are the same as the paradisia... And of course martin stepaneks nose clips should be excellent as well. I haven't seen them but if Martin sells them they will be great...

| Re: Nose Clip's Try to contact David from diveFIT - he is in Czech republic and he also sells Martin's noseclips. His email is on the webpage. Should be a more reasonable price (the shipping should be much less), but don't expect it to be cheap anyway - the original Paradisia is around 60EUR. |

| Re: Nose Clip's The original Paradisia was under 30euro in France and it came to about 40 if you ordered a few and got them shipped to anyplace in europe... the copies are becoming more and more expensive. I got my last shippment of paradisia in the end of 2005 and then Bernard disappeared...I have since bought a few of the German copies which are a bit more expensive and their plastic gives an overall "cheap" feeling but they do work quite well (as good as or even better than the original) Cheers Stavros

| Re: Nose Clip's We've bought 10 Paradisia nose clips and some repair kits in the store Au Vieux Plongeur in Marseille just two weeks ago. They had 13 pieces on stock, but after our purchase they ordered new ones. We spoke by phone to Bernard directly from the store, so I know he is alive and kicking, and still producing the nose clips. |

| Re: Nose Clip's This Bernard seems to be a very mystyrious person and on top of that the only person in universe who produces usefull noseclips.... What happened to the new revolutionary noseclips from Nederland (Pim, I am still waiting... Miha |

| Re: Nose Clip's I got a plastic Speedo nose clip in a little plastic box for surface swimming (my regular swim buddies are keen users of nose clips). I found it very uncomfortable, and rather pointless, so quickly abandoned it (having swum many miles without one over the years). The point being, I suspect some designs suit some noses better than others. There are quite a lot different designs out there (the one at Gaiadiver's link looks good, certainly far more substantial than the one I have). Last edited by Mr. X; June 2nd, 2007 at 10:52. |

| Re: Nose Clip's I recently saw and tried a prototype at Pims home and it looked very good indeed. I have a very difficult nose and need about 600000 kg force to close it properly and Pims model did the trick (almost too good ;-) ) I am sure he will soon post some information. |

| Re: Nose Clip's Jupie! Good news... I pray Pim will not become a next Bernard.... Obviously designing and producing noseclips has this efect on people - they retreat into solitude. |
