Hi,
Can someone tell me where I can get a neck weight for dynamic apnea. I'm also after a big nose clip...... Anywhere on-line would be good, preferably in the UK or Europe. Thanks! Sarah

Hi Sarah, welcome to the forums. You can make a neck weight quite easily by yourself. Search the forums for threads on that.
For the nose clip, you can get either a Paradisia or a nose clip from FIT. They both do the same thing. Which part of Thailand are you at right now?

Thanks for your reply....i will try to make it by myself!!! and thanks for the link for the nose clip. Right now i am in Scotland, for a few months, otherwise since 6 years i live in Koh tao (south east Thailand). And you? where do you live? By the way, i am looking for foing a dynamic competition in Europ in 2009 do you know where and when?i already ask AIDA but still waiting for an answer... Sarita

I asked the same question a while ago and made one using a bike innertube and lead shot. There is a picture of how to do one on the threads. Checkout the British Freediviing Association (BFA) web site for details on pool competions, probably wont be any info yet as its a bit early. I want to compete next year too in dynamic so i might meet you one day? Take care Chris Holmes

I posted how to make a neckweight with pictures of the " how to" process. It's in spanish, but I think you can follow the instructions easily. I'm using a speedo competition nose clip, and works fine for DNF

Oh Koh Tao. That's where Apnea Total is.
I live in Singapore, so that's very close to where you are. Maybe when you come back to this side of the world, we could meet in Thailand for some diving.

Thanks for your answer....i will go on the bfa, but you are right, it may be a bit early to know the date for 2009! I will tell you when i have more informations about it! See you one day!
