Nice vid el Whoppo! Oh Oh...there I am...I'm famous! I'm Famous!

FYI: I downloaded the new DivX that they had a link for there on their site. Now I can no longer see your vids. It tells my they are not DivX files

I dunno why it denies me, but it says your video is not compatable. Maybe I have to restart my computer?? It's been a couple weeks since a reboot anyway.

I'm gonna burn a DVD so I can watch it on the the Plasma!

Thanks Whopperhead. That was so cool!

Now I'm gonna go get me some rooibos tea (African red tea) from the Rooibos plant...Literally traslated from the Afrikaanse language it means Red Bush ....The stuff is yummy and super high in anti-oxidants and other good stuff!

Re: Freediving on YouTube

Nice Video's Whopperhead, really HD does well for UW filming! great shots, and euh lots of BIG fish! How long did it take to sonsume all those? I think I can eat weeks of just One of those big ones, especially if you alter with some days of meat. Two weeks everyday the same fish would be euh boring.

Realy nice video's keep it up, I'm looking forward to see more.

Love, courage and water,

Kars

Re: Freediving on YouTube

Most of those big fish in my videos are CARP - in the Summer time they are more skittish. I hear they are not good eating- except for the Small ones can be ok. The Department of Natural Resourses actually recommends that we don't eat the fish that big. The OUTLET is a warm discharge pipe that flows into Lake Monona in Madison, WI. The discharge pipe was not on that day- so there were less fish. When it is on you could see 100 of those carp in there along with a dozen Muskies and a billion Panfish. The Panfish was eaten but the carp were made into fertilizer and spread on my field. I'm not even sure I would eat a small carp from there- that discharge pipe is from a POWER PLANT.

Re: Freediving on YouTube

thanks whopperhead - carp, huh?

being a saltwater creature, i wasn't sure what they were - i thought they were some weird cat fish!
but we have plenty of perch. i wonder why those fish like that discharge pipe so much?

have a good one!

Re: Freediving on YouTube

they like the discharge so much cause it's about 20 degrees warmer- in front of the pipe is about 54 degrees when turn on and about 30 feet away to either side is about 34 or less.

Re: Freediving on YouTube

unfortunate use of term: "discharge". could they not say "warmed return water" or even " temperate outlet" ??
