Re: Freediving on YouTube

Nice video Vali,

You went pretty fast, have tried going lazy and slow?

I always love to relax and sink down the last meters in slow motion and let everything hang loose and limb, eyes closed, surrendering to the ocean.

One tip, when you swim up, don't look towards to surface, just hold up your head straid as you would in dynamic. No need to rush all the way up, as boyancy kicks in you can glide up the last 5 or 8 meters, depending on your setup and amound of air you have taken in.

Have fun, I would love to see another video

Love, Courage and Water,

Kars

Re: Freediving on YouTube

This is the second one.

I think that the former safety protocol was much better to see than today's.

Re: Freediving on YouTube

Posted this one also in the Bizzy Blue Hole thread, but thought it might belong here.

I know there already is an excellent Canyon video, featuring Peter P, and my camerawork is Parkinsonesque, but hopefully it gives a bit of an idea of what it's like to freedive the Canyon:

Re: Freediving on YouTube

Awesome vid. Thank you for sharing. I think it takes great skills to freedive through the canyon while filming.
