Is there any 'best way' to equalize pressure in ears when going deep down? What methods are you people using?
I found swallowing easy way to do this, but I think I waste too much air with this method. Any better ideas? |

OK, this seems to almost work now. Equalizing goes fine allways when I'm 'head-up', in water or surface. But when descending, I can't equalize with frenzel technique, air just don't flow to eustachian tubes & ears.
Do you think this is just need of practise or is there some clearly failing part, soft palate or epiglottis? Any tips wellcome. |
