Cool cross training

I'm new to freediving and have been introduced to it by some freedivers on my Underwater Hockey(UWH) team. The freedivers recommend playing UWH during the off season since its a dynamic apnea execise. No doubt about it, UWH makes you a better diver all around. Not to mention being the funnest sport in the world.
