freediving videos?

hey all, i'm completly new to freediving but am finding myself increasingly obssessed with it. more so after attending a great clinic a few weeks ago where i learnt a lot and had a great time too (all important IMHO)
I was wondering if there are any videos out there on freediving (apart from the Big Blue that is) documentary, training , whatever

cheers!!

Welcome Paul

Ok every freediver must have the Big blue on the shelf.
Next you absolutely must have "The forgotten origin", available from
www.freediver.co.uk

This video is special to me in the sense that I won the competition for naming this video and was blessed with a Suunto Stinger from the freediver team.Nice footage of three world records and music to realy get you holding your breath in front of your tv.

Terry Maas has a great book (Freediver) with a video available.

Then there is "A Freediver story" which covers Trevor Hutton's free immersion record attempt in Cyprus in 2000 as shown on Dicovery channel.

The best video available to any freediver is his memories of every single breathold dive he has ever done.

Enjoy the forum, it's a great place to learn

hey thanks for all the tips and friendly welcomes, i'll be following them up and no doubt parting with some more money, by the way i notice there are a lot
of guys on this forum, considering the number of great women freedivers out there it seems a little unbalanced maybe they'd rather train then type?

tery maas video

My advice: do not buy the terry Maas video "freediving made Easy" unless you have never been in a pool and you don't know anything about snorkeling gear.
At first I thought that this video would give me some great training tips, and some info about the different disciplines, but it's sooooo boring to watch Terry talking about how to attach a snorkel to your mask etc.
What a waste of money......

Has anyone seen the new one from Pipin yet? I think that it is called "breaking the barrier". It looks like his is coming out with a set of 6 instructional videos on his website. This one is suppossed to be about getting past the 100' mark.
Does anyone know if the video is any good?

Jon
