Hy all,
A new member and already 2 questions... Pool training: When training in pool what is the correct order if practising all of the following on one day: Dynamic apnea, Static and surface swimming - all without fins. I used to do 1. Surface swimming 2. Dynamic 3. static. I read on this forum that this is not the right way? I am being more of a beginner and i was also wandering about the correct inhale before the static - a very long one or a shorter one and first dyfragma and then the lungs? All of this excluding hyperventilation, thank you |

I'd always start with static as the others will drive your heart rate up.
UNLESS it is FREEEEEEEZING in which case we swim hard for a little while to warm up. Static is the hardest to do if you are cold Sam |
