I am interested in finding out what sort of supplements you guys to improve your training and diving.
What combination of vitamins work best? I really know next to nothing about this topic so any advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Brian |

I don't take vitamins to improve performance, I didn't feel it had any affect on it. I take them in a hope that it might improve my not so great diet and maybe to reduce damage from free radicals as a result of having a 6 apnea tables per week regiment that I started less than 2 weeks ago.
I take URL=http://www.centrum.com/products/product_silver.asp]this[/url] becuase that's what I have laying around in the house - becuase my parents take them. I heard somewhere that Centrum are a ripoff, but I don't know if it's true or why. Would be happy for any other recommendations. I saw some other supplement product, can't remember the name (pro vitamins performance or something) that had about 2000%-4000% of the Daily Value advised by the FDA. Been told that this value was set in the 50's or so and has no real hold. Anyone has an opnion about that? |

My friends noooo!!!! take vitamins but not excessive doses!!! I use to take Animal Pak and they are very good but I always had excessive apetite and beware you can get fat because you are constantly hungry.
I've tried it all, steroids, and all this stuff. Just take a vitamin daily like centrum. Keep it simple, don't waste your money on excessive supplements. If you need any other info let me know :0) Roberto Zuniga
