in most parts of Europe it is time for the pool workouts. Summer is definitely gone.
What's about your swimming ability? How fast do freediver manage the 1000m without fin or fins? ;-)

normally do 750m in about 13.30 mins without pushing too hard. I do this as a warm up before starting some hypoxic training as i like to keep my swimming reasonably up

For me, with mono, < 13 min, and without fins, > 25 min. My dives & dynamics with mono are all more than double than without fins.

I am in the category "why swim 1k when you can have fun?"!
Normally i dont do warm ups over 500m and in fact i tend to warm up by duration not distance. That's why i know i can "fit" in 10 minutes about 9 to 10 pool lags (450-500m), so i guess it would be in the 20min mark. |
