crazy sweating

So ive been trying co2 tables with a slow regular breath up and no hyperventalation. i work my way up to about 4:00 and after about 2:30-3:00 i start to sweat. it stops once i breath again but it always happens now, any ideas why?

Well, frankly told this is the very last thing that I would search for or be concerned with, but if you really need to know it, there is nothing simpler than asking papa Google: one of the first hits it shows when you enter "hypercapnia sweating" is this one: Entrez PubMed and there are also others, so just look it up. Better yet, take a nice shower afterward, or join a club and train in a pool or open water
