'Ventilate' means that you breath as normal as possible. Try to avoid hyperventillating.
And 'Static' means that you hold your breath. You can find a lot informations about it in this thread: http://forums.deeperblue.net/beginne...reediving.html Have fun |

Then you must change the times of your table. It's written in your first post:
'The breath holds in a COČ table are usually 50% of your personal record.' 'The last breath hold in an OČ table is usually up to 80% of your personal record.' With an O2-table you could start with a static of 15 seconds, then 30, 45,60,75,90 And with a CO2-table you can start with 2 min ventilation, 60 sec static, then 1.45 ventilation, 60 sec static, 1.30 ventilation ..... |

There's a lot of! Like apnoe walking, apnoe jogging and much more.
But I would suggest that you first start with the tables. They are good to investigate your body during the breatholds. |

I am a bit confused: so when going thru tables in phase of ventilation you are breathing as normal as usual and not like when you are preparing for dive? Not sure if i can do the 80% of my PB in static with normal breathing. |
