Re: Performance Freediving or DiveFit

My hubby and I took the FIT Level II course in September, and have since become obsessed with freediving. Less than one month after taking the course in Ft. Lauderdale, we flew BACK down for some more practice with another class (we live in North Florida)! We're going again in February, and are also taking Level III in Kona later on. Anyway, as you can see, I am an avid supporter of FIT. Our entire lives have changed as a result of the course. Seriously. I know it sounds cheesy, but it's true! Exercise, diet, priorities...we've even begun to rethink our career choices. Okay, maybe we are a bit too addicted...but dammit, we're having fun and imparting on our children the joys of freediving. I am a science diver, and have to use SCUBA for investigations/research. Needless to say, I much prefer freediving...it just isn't very useful for surveying or retrieving evidence. By the way, I think PFI would be a good choice, based on what I've heard from others. But I can only speak from what I know, and what I know is that FIT rocks!!!
Our class video is on youtube, and is entitled "Fall Ball."
