hypoxic tents for freediving training?

I was browsing through the internet about endurance training, and hypoxic tents - they are used by a lot of athletes.

You sleep in that tent, and your body produces more erytrocites.

Do you think hypoxic tents would be somehow beneficial to freediving training ?
