2001 US National Freediving Championships

The results for the 2001 U.S. National Free Diving Championships, as reported by the St. Petersburg times, are as follows:

First Place - Massachusetts Team - Andrew Geist, Scott Turgeon and Claudio Aalgdames
Second Place - Greater Los Angeles Divers - Bill Ernst, Gerald Lim and Rene Rojas
Third Place - Hawaii Council of Dive Clubs - Jason Hijirida, Ryan Paik and Keobel Vitarelli

Top Diver awards
First - Turgeon
Second Andrew Geist
Third Miguel Guinovar

Biggest Fish Rojas - 14 pound grouper
