Question Ibiza 2001

Hi!

I need confirmation for something. I heard that the dates for Ibiza 2001 have been changed. The championship should take place from 5th to 14th october.
Is that correct? Can anyone find out, please?

Question coverage

Good morning Stephen, or afternoon in your part of the world, As ESPN and other major sports networks find little commercial value in freediving competitions what is being done to increase the coverage of Ibiza? Angus

Question Increased coverage

Angus,

Good question.

We are partnering with another company to produce a documentary on the competition. We already have two major international sports networks interested in the film.

We also will be doing live coverage of the event at a new site at http://www.worldfreedivingchampionship.com which will feature text, pictorial, audio, and video coverage.

We also will have access to the European AP Newswire where at least one of our photographers will be posting images and articles for european coverage.

It's tough, we're working hard on helping to raise the profile but we have extremely limited resources as none of us do this as a full time career.

But - there you have the details of what we personally are doing to help promote Ibiza.

Kudos again

Dear Stephen, As usual you and your team are far ahead of us. Great work on the coverage. Maybe you should post this information separately from this thread to bring it to everyones attention. Warmly, Angus
