In the matter of I.A.F.D., Carlos Serra versus Ricardo G. Hernandez and the consequent counter lawsuit filed by the latter, a "Motion for Extension of Time" was filed on behalf of the I.A.F.D. by their lawyers.
Next time limit for the I.A.F.D. to reply will take place on February 10, 2003. Since all documents filed by both parties are of public domain, they can be requested at the 11th Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida/. Case No.: 02-28842 CA 01 Further updates, if allowed by this Forum's mentors, will be timely posted. Ricardo G. Hernandez
