i am veary happy because i just broke my personal breath hold. it was 2.30 but i just got to 3.30 i did a couple before i got to this time the first only 2.00 then 2.30 then 3.00 the 3.30 mins i am so pleased.
.i have found the best technique for me is to do slow steady breathing then 5 rappid deep breaths then hold |

wow, due to my lack of training my times fell back to that range, my pb was 2:30, but then i beat it to 2:45 at night (i couldnt sleep, what else to do?) and my 3:30 time was done in a single hardocre attempt. how did you do 2:30, then 3:00, then 3:30? like how long was your recovery, after around 3:00 minutes i feel pretty wasted, and the next one is harder. congrads though, but once i egt my training back in order im sad to say i will quickly pass you
good luck -Matt but considering my 6 minute times before i really joined DB (i started in march, and was at 6 in may), dont get too full of it
