Deep breath issues

hey all. im running into a problem. whenever i take a very deep breath and hold it, after a few seconds i feel my body going numb, the blood draining from my head and my vision becoming darker (like a blackout). generaly it reaches the point where i can see anything (pitch black) and im totaly numb, and then suddenly my pulse surges up and i get back into my normal state. why is this? this would happen while standing, but now when im sitting and take a VERY deep (packed) breath it happens. my blood pressure is fine, could it be that im growing pretty fast?

what do you think it is, and how do i make it go away?

Re: Deep breath issues

This is a common problem. The same used to happen to me even without packing, but then I got used to it and it didn't happen anymore. Now I can pack a lot without trouble.

For dry statics maybe it's worth trying without packing, or with only a little.

Re: Deep breath issues

It usually happen to me everytime I try to do a max walking apnea. Sometimes I even need to put a knee on the ground. It is worst if I hyperventilate or pack. For this reason I can't do a max walking apnea because I can't do breath ups or packing...

Re: Deep breath issues

Read my previous post.

Keep properly hydrated, and you shall have much less problems.

The problem is that you blood pressure drops when you take a deep inhale. If you already have a low bp, you will feel dizzy. This problem is especially severe, when dehydrated.

Proper hydration is a whole other thread, but just make sure you drink enough. A good rule of thumb is if your piss is clearly yellow, you ain't drinking enough.
