training manual content???

Does anyone know what this training manual has in it. I was thinking about getting it to see if had any good info on dry and water training methods.

I haven't seen it, but Kirk K. of Performance Freediving is one of the authors. Its probably good. His clinics give quite a lot of info on what you are looking for.

It's good but quite out of date - very thorough but some of the thinking is a few years behind and has changed since.

Worth a look but if you are going to buy a book the Pelizarri one is about the best one about

I have it and it's exactly the same as the course book I got when I took the PFD clinic 5 years ago- Kirk helped write both of them so I can see why.

It is a good addition to your library if you already have Umberto's book.

Any local dive shop that teaches IANTD courses can order it for you. Or you can order it from IANTD headquarters in Florida.
