Take it easy mate, we don't know you good enough to hate you. (that is a joke incase you are in a sensitive place).
People are usually laid back and freindly here, a post can slip by unanswered for various reasons (like phrasing and readability). Bumping it up again usually helps, no need to get emotional.

If this table is too much? for me it won't be, for you? one way to find out, try. When building a training method, if it sounds like it could be extreme just increase gradualy over a period of a few days/weeks. You should be able to tell if it is too much to you. If a 3 minute first hold is too hard on you you can add a warmup breathold, till first contraction or something like that.

It is common to for the pulse to rise when ending a breathold, your body has some reoxigination to do. As for the heartrate I don't remember, been years since I checked mine with static apnea, but it is individual anyway and subject to change with your training.

It is individual and only one way to find out. I think beginners improve no matter what they do. I consider one of the greatest advantages in long tables is getting accustomed to a quantity of serial breatholding and working on relaxation.

Again, only one way to find out how much stress it'll create on YOU.

It was (and still) common for me not to remember how many breatholds I have done or to get distracted from counting contractions (or heartbeats). I am pretty sure it was never a samba for me. Maybe work more on counting contractions or looking at a watch, see if you can maintain continuity between the end of the breathold and the rest period.

Re: my quick co2/02 table mixture.

haha, don't even worry about it. i was just wondering why cuzz most of the time posts are answered semi soon since there is such a wide of knowlage here. the more i read and understand how to improve static and such.. i relized that this sport is really up to you. like, one way of training might work for someone else, but not for the other person.

yeah, well cya
