Hey Gil
There's a press release up on this site about the film that will air on Sunday on Animal Planet........so check it out for more info. Not sure what time it will air in Seattle, so check your local listings. It's 8pm EST and repeated again at 11pm EST. I believe it will air again next Saturday too, and probably stay in rotation for a while. I haven't seen the trailer yet on APL, so I don't know what you've already heard about te film. It's a 2 hour special about me freediving with different marine animals around the world and there are some really beautiful scenes. I hope you enjoy it!! As always, I look forward to getting some feedback from DB visitors! Enjoy! PS, Gil - your website looks great! Tanya |

How do we know it has a happy ending? Maybe it ends with a shocking syncope, cpr, and funeral
I guess we'll have to watch it and see...

Does anyone know if us backwards Europeans will get to see all the loveliness too? On the other side of this Animal Planet? Are these the shows with the whales and on the Galapogos Islands? Which aired on the BBC? But that was only one hour total; is this more of that extraordinary type footage? She dove underneath a humpback with calf...
There's no trailer on the Animal Planet site, but is it online anywhere? Am i asking too many questions? And if we were in competiton with freediving animals, which ones would we beat? We'd come in last every time, right? Did you ever dive with a dolphin/turtle/penguin and get that look from them that athletes reserve for people from the Special Olympics who try and keep up with them? |

GREAT show!! Diving with the humpbacks musta been one heckuva thrill.
My only wee quibble is that there wasn't ENOUGH underwater footage -- the stuff on land was okay, but anybody can do that. Not many people can freedive like Tanya. Here's hoping BBC or Animal Planet release a video with LOTS of the extra underwater footage that any show of this length I imagine would require. Juan-John :-) |

Great show. The footage was amazing, and the whole thing looked like an absolute blast. I loved the iguanas, the birds...heck, all the critters were fascinating. Almost ended up watching it twice
