Contact to Brazilians - Dequeker or Parraga?

I'm trying to reach Christian Dequeker or Justo Parraga who were on the Brazilian men's team in Ibiza in 2001. I've searched here & Google, but they haven't come up.
Anyone have an e-mail to either of them? And importantly, do they speak and read English?
