Congratulations to all! Some pretty serious depths there - 95m for Dave is absolutely mind blowing, particularly as he's been sick I hear?
Is there any photo attached? Cheers, Ben

Congrats Dave. You just keep on raising the bar. BTW what are you standing one or is Sara standing in a hole?

Dave from downunder hits 95m - awesome. Given the Aussie tradition of claiming any kiwi champions as our own I think Dave is officially one of ours now. Congrats Dave, you said you could do it and proved your metal in Dahab! Congrats on an amazing effort and a new National record......not to mention as Bill pointed out the 5th best official dive EVER!
respect

Awesome Dave! Grats Sara and Patrick.
Dave bumped his head on the coral at the bottom of the hole on one of his last practice days, so had to head out to sea apparently. We've been missing you at the comp this weekend Dave. Kieran looks like he'll be giving you and Ant some decent competition in dynamics. Good luck on the 100m mate! Guy |

Hey everyone
thanks for the comments about my height - whoever asked if I was standing in a hole... no, that's why my username is 'littlefreediver'! Cheers for clarifying the situation, Drea! See you soon, I hope. One more day to go. Sadly Pat left this morning, so, quite possibly the littlest and biggest freedivers around (myself and Dave) are going to make a final attempt together on Sunday 10th. We'll keep you all posted. Oh, Sebastian, in answer to your questions "what happened" and "is 62m correct?".... guess my training's been going pretty well. I'm really chuffed with my development - an extra 20m since April when you last saw me. Say hi to Annelie, Hanli, Emil and anyone else at Nordic Deep who might be missing the Blue Hole. Byeee... x

This is an amazing improvement in two short months since you started training again, all 3 depth records are yours! I wonder how you put an extra 20m to your performance so fast...any tricks to share? One place wishing sombody to "keep going down" is actually a good thing, it's freediving, so yes, keep it going down! serge |

Yeah, would be fun to find out... And the shortest freedivers - how tall are you? I don't quite make it to 5 foot (4'11.75" to be precise - or 1.52cm - always thought I was 1.55m until Linda Paganelli measured me for my first freediving suit - much to her amusement - and coined the nickname 'Shortie'). Any other small women out there diving?
Annelie Pompe certainly fits the bill - slightly taller, but most definitely deeper than me. Let't try and find the 'long and the short' of freediving! Anyone....? x S
