Awesome, congratulations Martin. I hope the weather clears up for the other attempts for Niki and yourself.
Cheers, Ben

OK, here goes the translation:
Martin's attempts: CNF - 83 (done) CWF - 112 - due the bad weather postponed FIM - 107 - due the bad weather postponed Niki's: CNF - 56 VWT - 123 - due the bad weather postponed

The problem is they do not write in Czech the other records were postponed, they write they were cancelled. Well they tell provisorily / temporarily cancelled (zrušeno in Czech), but it definitely sounds worse than if they wrote postponed (odloženo). Though seeing they they are apparently not coming back yet (AFAIK), I assume there is indeed a chance they'll do some more deep training and the record attempts if the weather allows it.

Yep, the NZ constant weight record was previously Niki's 51m dive in Hurghada last year. Well done Niki!

If she did this is actually a World Record and not just a NR... (the current WR in CNF is 55m by Natalia Molchanova) But I found no info on the divefit site or at AIDA Int site saying that she did... Anybody knows anything? Cheers Stavros

Whoops, completely misread that - it's 56m NO FINS she's going for. Stavros what would I do without you mate?
Wow - that's a big jump in 8 months from 51m with fins to 56m without fins. Hope she pulls it off, it she hasn't done so already. Cheers, Ben

Congrats to Martin and good luck to both him and Niki for the further attempts. I hope the weather sorts itself out - very unlike Dahab!
So gutted I'm back in the UK this month and missing all the action! Ten more days and counting...
