Since launching the free RSS service for freediving news and forum posts, I've been adding many more sources to the RSS database. There are now over 100 sources - check the full list here: APNEA.cz - News Feed Statistics

Besides the two blocks of news on the main page, you can also subscribe to customized RSS feeds. Some of the more common feeds are listed on the above mentioned page too, but you can create your own customized feed easily - just enter the filter expression and/or select the language and click the OK button - you can then subscribe to the resulting feed by clicking the orange RSS icon in browser's menu or above the news box.

And of course, you can also put the box with freediving news (customized or not) to your own website very easily too - instructions are here: APNEA.cz - News Feeds

Lately I added several RSS sources of freediving videos - Google Video, Immersive Video Journalist (Cliff Etzel), MetaCafe, mefeedia, Daily Motion, WebTV of Pierre Frolla, and I hope to add a feed for freediving videos at You Tube soon too. Currently their RSS support is very limited - it does not allow any filtering, but I hope they get it right soon, similarly as it already works at other video publishers.

OK, so I finally found out the hidden/undocumented functionality of RSS on YouTube and was able to add two YouTube video channels to APNEA.cz feed (there are now total 104 freediving RSS channels). If you want to get notified about new freediving videos, simply enter cat:video into the search box, click OK and then subscribe either with the help of orange RSS button or the Add to Google button (if you do not use any RSS reader). If you want to subscribe to the YouTube videos only, enter site:youtubeinstead.

I am continually adding freediving news sources to the global RSS feed, and in the last days I added a bigger number of them (around 30). Currently there are now 177 source websites. You can see the entire list of them here: APNEA.cz - News Feed Statistics

If you know about any websites, blogs, or forums that are not yet included, please let me know. And not only websites in English; other languages are welcome too.

Great list! I use them everyday to gather freediving news for my Shark Freediving website.

Thanks, Jorg! I added some of the blogs on your list that I missed, to the list of URL's my bots parse, too. I also made some improvements and fixed some smaller bugs, causing some sources not being read properly, so the system should be much better now.

I have just added over 20 more sites to the list the APNEA.cz RSS robot daily scans, and so the total number of freediving websites and blogs in the news feed now reached the number 200.

Yes, I can add it, but since APNEA.cz is dedicated primarily to the freediving sport, and not really spearfishing, all posts speaking about spearfishing will be automatically suppressed.

Sorry for that - I have absolutely nothing against spearfishing or against spearfishers, but simply want to keep the two disciplines separated. There are far too many spearfishing websites and other resources than those for pure freediving. I would not manage to handle it all together and fear that the spearfishing content would soon take over the freediving part. I was thinking about opening a special spearfishing version of the website, but since I am not myself any spearo, and since it requires quite a bit of work and maintenance, and since it generates no income, currently the plan is on the backburner.

But if there are sometimes some posts speaking about pure freediving on your blog, and not only about hunting, I'll be glad to add your blog too.
