Is it common in Korea to have western name (I mean Jenny i.e.)?

Korean people can use English name in Korea.
But, Her name is not able to express in Korean.
That is, her name looks like English name but, in fact the name is Korean name.
There are two heroines and it's about their scuba diving study processing..
