Hi All
New to the freediving world (2 months) and enjoying it all. There is not alot of experianced folks here in Phoenix,Arizona USA. I've read AKONI's tables and want to try them. Are they practiced in or out of water ? I'm going on a freedive trip to San Carlos, Mexico in March 08. Just looking to improve time at 15 - 25 feet for hunting. Has anyone tried these tables? Did they help? Thanks |

You can download table from:
4shared.com - document sharing - download co2-o2 tablice.doc

You can also use the interactive Training Manager at APNEA.cz - Apnea Training Manager It offers not only hypoxic and hypercapnic tables, but also a big number of different exercises and full training sessions (including dynamic training), that can be adjusted and run interractively with a stop watch on the screen for dry training, or printed out and used in the pool.
And there are also several other interactive programs for dry training of CO2 / O2 tables - check them out here: tables @ APNEA.cz |

Thanks Gentlemen
I will download some tables and give an update. As I mentioned there isn't much help here in Phoenix and NO classes available so except for safety at the pool and lake I will be pretty much on my own. Later.......Stoner |

Thanks again guys....off to San Carlos,Mexico in the morning for my first freediving hunting trip. I did do some simple tables and it helped but from my limited experience, in water practice seems to work the best. Later
