OK the good weather is here so you are itching to get in the English Channel?
You want to be a great freediver and where else are you going to go?
Monarch Freedive Club!
Static/Dynamic and when you are up for it competitions, and of course getting in the sea and the great SaltFree Lake.

Every Thursday 8.30-10.00 in the King alfred Leisure Centre, Hove (Brighton)
