Diet and Freediving: Published Resources?

I'm doing a little research on diet and freediving and was wondering if anyone knew of any published research floating around that I could get my hands on - online or otherwise.

There's a ton of stuff here on DB but it tends to be hearsay and opinions, i'm after some published data.

There is a lot of information in diverse threads here on DB. I have some documents linked in my Apnea Media Base.
