Military scuba ?

Hey guys,
Im looking to crosstrain into Pararescue. Swimming being my only problem. Well im sure its more than just a problem. Its a weakness. What can i do to prepare myself. Special swimming techniques... Anything. I have never taken the scuba route. I am stationed @ Osan AB, Korea, and going to Lajes Field, Azores. Anyone know any good people places to look up?
Thanks!!!
Mike

Re: Military scuba ?

Not sure about your locale, but first order would be some intensive swimming training from a master instructor. 1000's of metres of training will get you streamlined and to the point where you could live in the water for a few days comfortably.
An admirable goal amigo, I wish you all the best,
Erik Y.
