Wetsuit/Semi dry for UK diving?

Hi Everybody,I'm looking for advice on a wetsuit or semi dry suit for UK diving. I've done my PADI open water and a few dives abroad then took a dry suit course in UK only problem is I hated the dry suit I felt like I was wearing a baggy tent and didn't really feel comfortable or enjoy the course (probably a bad fitting suit didnt help!!)
I think I would be happier with a semi dry or wetsuit for summer use but i'm unsure of what to buy has anyone got any recommendations on what thickness,combination or brands to look at!I would ideally like a 2 piece full/shorty or similar so that I can still use it abroad as well.

i use a 7mm semi dry and a dry suit and prefer the dry but each to their own. dry suits come into their own on repetitive dives getting back into a cold wet suit ain't always fun. The sea here is usually 8-12C when I dive and find the semi fine fur upto 45nins to 1hr or more but again it depends on your depth and where you are diving and when you intend to dive . I imagine a suit for Cornwall may not be the best off the Hebrides if you get my drift.
