Very interesting video. Just a WAG, but could this creature be a parasitic worm ejected from the gut of a large animal such as a whale or shark? Notice in the video that right at the start a fish appears to be biting the worm and causing a small injury, Also there is no pigment, and the creature hasn't developed very good locomotion for travel across a reef. It all just seems out of place.
