This mask has a major problem with the download cable. I have to have my son hit the data download on the computer while I hold the cable in place. This is a serious design flaw--otherwise, the mask is the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Contact Oceanic regarding that. I was under the impression it was using the same download cable that Pelagic has been using successfully on thier computers for some years now. They should be able to help you out with that
