I have three amber-colored slings - 9/16" by 20". Never seen water, but were on a gun that was displayed in a shop for a while.
Exact same as this: JBL 9/16" X 20" Amber Pro Sling for 53" Woody Sawed-Off Magnum (220) from LeisurePro.com I have them wrapped up to protect from air and light, and will ship as such. LP quotes 8.95 each. I'll sell all of them at once for 15, shipping anywhere in US included. |

The wishbones are metal. Probably aluminum. And as I said, they are black, not amber.
According to USPS, baseline shipping to Mexico would probably be around $8: Postage Price Calculator |

No, they are not black, they must be amber
). Here is my advice for storage.. First wash them throughly with soap to clean the black moss, then dry them and find some wood ash (as from a fireplace). Sieve the ash to get the fine dust from it and aply it to the bands. Now put some ash in the same bag you store the bands and keep it in the fridge (not the freezer). Make sure it doesn't get wet while in the fridge and they will be preserved perfectly well..Hope this helps... Max. Last edited by TekYelken; June 16th, 2008 at 19:27. |
