I wasn't going to chip in as i couldn't make the dates that had previosuly been mentioned, since pete and I are up in stratford at the end of July. But if things shift into August and there is room in the party for us two, even if it is just a couple of spearing sessions and meeting you guys during them, then it would be fantastic.
Like I said, i mean if it is already filling up, then no worries, but if there is room for two more then it would be really great to meet you all!!! Huw.

I can do August dates but bearing in mind I get married at beginning of September then I'd prefer it was not right at the end of August. I've already been practising my cider 'tables' and I reckon I need to improve if i'm to attain the standards set last July......

Spaniard, as I suggested before, just have the honeymoon ( and wedding?) in Guernsey, then everyone's happy!
 ( who you going with Dave? We did our first cruise with Royal Caribbean in the med a few years ago.)

The med is nice for a cruise (Sardinia is very nice, check out the water clarity...) but I prefer going North of here myself. Prefer the cold than the heat and Guernsey is too hot in the summer if you ask me...

hey guys dont no how this thread slipped past me, count me in would love to stay a little longer this time!? cant wait. all the diving and cider a man could ever wish for im can do any dates would'nt miss it for the world

No problem if the majority can only make a weekend in the middle two weeks of August. I can't due to the family holiday between 9th and 24th Aug. Any weekend outside these works for me - there is no way you will be able to cater for everyone.

All right then, it appears there will have to be some compromises on tides & people available.
I am going to suggest the main dates for the fishin will revolve around the weekend 16 -17 august. The tides are quite small on those dates but by the 19 & 20 they are quite nice! So lets see who favours those dates & tides. For the people who want to come but cant make it on those dates I might offer a more low key opportunity once I get more info on tides etc.
