Hey guys,
I just bought a new torch. The ikelight PCa http://www.ikelite.com/web_pages/3pc_lite.html Its really really small and will fry the grouper while it sits in its cave It has a 7.2 Watt bulb which is halfway between the Omer Moonlight and the new Moonlight rechargeable. The switch is easy to handle even with thick gloves on. I highly recommend it. Cost me 40 Euros

Hiya
Maybe you guys can assist with this one. My old dive buddy found a torch underwater. No name on it. No on/off switch either. Was activated by water pressure. As soon as you went pass 4-5m it would switch on. I remember pressing the lens on the front of the torch and it would then light up. His dad thought it was broken and threw it away!!!!! He's been looking for something similar. Any ideas?? Regards miles |

Shane,
I use the same one up here! Miles, A lot of flashlights that are turned on by screwing the cap tighter or looser can be adjusted for water pressure. Tighten it just a hair before the light turns on & when you dive, the pressure will light it up

Ikelites are popular up here, and they're about half the price you paid, Shane. A little karma from all of us in North America who pay double+tax+shipping+duty for European gear!
Cheers, Erik Y.

I just purchased a UK SL4 light. It is extremely bright for it's size and for the price of $24 from leisure pro i don't think it can be beat.
*** a very very very tough little light too.
