Try Scubastore.com
CRESSI, SHAFT KIT may be 9/32 or 7.14375 millimeters
it's worth a try
ask them; they're usually very helpful

The url may change but here it is:

Re: Pneumatic spear washer

it looks like i have to just go to a machine shop and get them cut. I dont lose many spears so 20 washers would work for a lifetime.

Yeah mate if you took it to an Ausie machinist with a carton of beer youd get 20 washers see if you can find one of the workers to do it as cashy or for beer if you go through the office and they do paerwork and pay taxes etc price will triple.
