Hi Everyone
I have also just joined deeperblue. I am looking for a divecentre that does IDC internship, somewhere where I exchange work as a Divemaster for Free education. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions. I am open to all destinations- infact, I want to see as much of the underwater world as possible!! Appreciate any good advice.

hi Anna-marie! ProDive in Cairns do divemaster internships, but if you want to get away.. try the Pavilion Dive Centre in Dubai, you will pay for your divemaster but Phil often throws in the AI for free and you will get loads of work experience.

Plenty of dive shops in the Sydney area too...

There's Pro-Dives in Syd and Port Stephens (very nice place), dunno about internships...

Exmouth Dive Center does IDC courses one or twice a year with Neil Hackett.( He is Very Good )
I worked there as an instructor a few years ago and they were doing the Dive master/Free ed thing then.
The current owner is Dave Hall he is very easy to get along with.
You can contact Neil at Bell Scuba in Rockingham or all the Exmouth D/C stuff is on the net or send me a P/M with any questions and i will try to help you out.
You could also try PDA i think they are now Padi but you cant beat the diving in Exmouth its some of the best in the world.
If you want to do a bit of Free diving or Spear some fish We are out most weekends ( Blue Water Free Divers) always looking for new members

You're working in all of those places? What's Dahab like? Which dive centre do you work at?

ohh no i don't work in a dive center i am just new in diving so while i am working in this places i do diving but i will turn into prof. soon )

Sorry i am now confused by your posts.. it seemed like you were in a position to offer someone a place in the Red Sea for diving, but you are new to diving.
