hey captron! don't worry now everyone is so nice and helpful here :-D. lol even if you are a 'n00b' to this stuff it's all good. so yeah i hope you have fun and just chill.....sit back and relax... i don't know any of your reasons why you want to join up here but just remeber to take one-two days off traing each week beacuse you body *will* get tried and you will get contrations or w/e you are doing quicker. so..yeah..cya 'round i suppose.
