I'm interested in feedback from fellow freedivers and masters swimmers on what might be a good monofin model to start out with. It would be for a 50 meter pool and some nearshore long distance. I am also interested in comments on what to look for in a monofin for kids.
Thanks for reading this and for your comments. Stanton Foster Santa Barbara Last edited by Stanton Foster; November 16th, 2006 at 17:04. |

Hi there,
For waterways fins, try http://www.finswimworld.com/finswimming.htm. They have their whole range on that website and I believe they have a child's fin as well. I've only used a monofin from waterways and I was very pleased with how it felt. Lachlan |

Hi Stan, you may also check out the Monofin section in the Freediving Equipment subforum. There are a few threads on beginner monofins. Enjoy, and welcome to the forums
