Hi Nigel,
I went to Bali last year and saw some good dog tooth. The man you have to see in Bali is Andre. He will put you onto some good spots and lend you some nice guns if you need them. His website doesn't seem to be working at the moment though, so I have no contact details to give you. Try sending a PM to the Deeperblue member cboyum. He knows Andre and also knows the spots in Indo. Cheers, Cameron

many thanks for the info on Andre i have managed to contact him and hopefully will get to see if not spear one of those bali doggies. You say you saw the tuna did you get any? i do a lot of spearfishing in mombasa kenya ever been to africa? I managed to shoot a 50kg doggie off the nothern tip of mozambique what a powerful beast. A good freind of mine shot a 80 kg y\fin last year and a 200kg black marlin this year problem was he followed the fish by boat so does not count as any record shame. anyway hope to have a good time in bali all the best regards Nigel |

Hi Nigel,
Did you have any luck in Bali? Sorry I didn't reply earlier. I only shot one dog tooth and it was my first time using floats instead of reels so I held onto the gun too long and pulled the spear out. Andre got a few that day though. Catchya, Cam
