yes the pass is still full of those oh so fun sharks, and the diving here is awsome on a good day the visablitly can get up to 200ft plus, the water almost always at a constant temp of 75 degrees plus and once down to about 30 ft it gets a bit colder of corse. but there always is something to see many wrecks from WW2 on many occasions there is sightings of whales, dolfins and many other mammals of the sea

I spent some time in Palau back in '79. I'm sure things have changed, but I still think you are in the most beautiful dive area in the world. One day I would like to return. I'll second the picture request.

we have all kinds of wrecks, the German ship the print Eugen (sp?) from the bikini atoll nuclear test, plenty of planes (nose down, on belly, and more) barges, a japanese ship that has a toilet bowl on top, and so much more. i just bought an cheap point and shoot camera with a underwater houseing ill post up some pictures as soon as i get the camera in
my father also spent some time there when he was in the peace core, he went back recently and was angered how much it has turned into a tourist attraction.
