Newbee from Norway

Hi!

As my nick indicates vaguely my name is Roy.
I am 34 y.o. and started freediving in july 2007.
I live in Norway in a town called Horten which is located 10km south of Oslo at the southeast coast.
My buddies and I dive for several reasons: The thrill and food obtained by spearfishing, the thrill and physical understanding of your body obtained by diving for depth, and of course the "sightseeing" part.

I have signed up to the Deeperblue-course in July taking place in Kalymnos, Greece. I am really looking forward to learning as much as i can on this course about techniques and safety conserning freediving.

Now that it is winter, no fish and cold water in Norway, i am only diving openwater approximately 1 time each week. But i try to keep in shape by pool-training and i also play soccer... or fotball as we call it in Norwegian.

Here in america, they stole rugby and screwed it up, then proceeded to misname it as football. Thank God the mexicans are taking over. Maybe we won't have to say soccer anymore once Telemundo takes over the airwaves. goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooal!!!! I might be able to say that out loud now that the american football season is over.
