You live in a very prime location for diving. Malaysia's full of diving spots. Whereabouts do you live? Peninsular Malaysia or Malaysian Borneo?

Hi hi, yeap, Malaysia has tonnes of diving spots. I live in Peninsular Malaysia. But I always try to travel to Malaysian Borneo for dives- my fav spot for diving rather than east coast of Peninsular Malaysia. You come to Malaysia often to dive?

Is it a difficult trip to Malaysian Borneo? Is spearfishing permitted?

Pastor, technically, spearing in Malaysia is not permitted. But so long as you don't make trouble or attract attention, by all means. When you come to Singapore, you can take a flight or boat depending on which part you intend to go to.

joannefsy, I live just south of you, in Singapore. So yes, I do go over quite often to dive in Tioman or Aur. I'm thinking of heading to Sipadan/Mabul soon. I've heard stories from my parents of the place.
